Associate was not very knowledgeable, not very well trained, and had a hard time recommending and finding items. At the end of the transaction after spending almost 300.00 I didnt feel very appreciated as a customer. Told associate that since I was pressed for time she could put the charms in a box and I will wrap them when I get home. She was aware that each charm (5) and each bracelet (2) were going to be gifts. She handed me 2 bags. I asked for a bag for each item so that I'd be able to gift them and was told that the store is trying to save money and that giving extra bags is frowned upon.

An issue occurred in the store. If you are going to have a sign in sheet you should abide by it. There’s no way a customer should be able to write their name next to a name where someone crossed their name off because they left the store. You should not be allowed to skip everyone on the list. And no the person who was trying to skip the whole list was NOT a card holder with Pandora! Whoever the manager on duty was did not help resolve the problem. They did not even acknowledge what was going on. No leader they were whoever the manager was at the time. But I can say Donavan did step in and help me with my purchase and selections. He apologized about the situation and decided to help.
