Anoing young sales, sarcastic (manager), after I expend over 200.00 dólar , I was burned out. Pay and went to look the rest of stuff for gifts and I choose a different sales person who was free to try to buy about 20 pieces at minimum from another sales I was completely surprised, I was ignored

i went in to get my wife a birthday present. EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT WHEN I PAID I ASKED FOR A GIFT RECEIPT AND A REGULAR RECEIPT BUT I ASKED TO NOT BE E-MAILED BECAUSE MY WIFE AND I SHARE AN EMAIL AND I TOLD THE ASSOCIATE THAT IT WOULDN'T BE A SURPRISE IF IT WAS EMAILED. AS SOON AS I GET HOME MY WIFE SAYS WHATS THIS PANDORA RECEIPT. I SAID TO MYSELF I CANT BELIEVE THERE WAS AN EMAIL.I CALLED THE STORE NO ONE ANSWERED. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO ANSWER. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER TO EXPLAIN MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS SITUATION BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER GIFT FOR HER THAT WILL BE A SURPRISE. I DID NOT RETURN THE GIFT BECAUSE MY WIFE LOVES PANDORA. WHAT REALLY BOTHERED ME WAS NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE TO ASK SOMETHING, ETC. THE BOTTOM LINE IS I HAVE TO GO BUY SOMETHING ELSE SO IT WILL BE A SURPRISE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT ME PLEASE CALL ME AT 561 692 1013 OR EMAIL ME CAUSE AT THIS POINT SHE ALREADY KNOWS. I went to purchase a bracelet was told the free charm did not include the bracelet I purchased said I needed to buy a charm bracelet. The email as well as the advertisement on the counter simply said free charm with purchase of $65.00 bracelet. The sales rep went talk to the person in the back I’m assuming she was the manager she was extremely rude refused to talk directly to me she insisted on yelling to the sales rep Odessa from the back. I said I would leave and take my money else where the sales rep Odessa apologized and said I could have the charm while about three other sales rep just stood there watching no else was in the store. I’m very unhappy with how things where handled. Once home I spoke with my husband and he insist I return the bracelet and the free charm which was a gift for my upcoming sisters bday.

The purchase was fine. The follow up emails asking for my feedback have been non-stop. I've probably received at least 60 emails from Pandora in the last hour. Please stop as this is harassment. Not sure who can stop this but this is the worst experience I have had with any store regarding a purchase. Three more emails have popped in my inbox while writing this email. I will never shop at Pandora again plus I will tell as many people that want to listen. This is beyond ridiculous. Your IT folks should be embarrassed.

I received 2 pairs of earrings for christmas and attempted to return them to the Pandora Store at the Mall at Wellington Green.I had a horrible experience.I brought the earrings and gift receipt in and Fayellen stated that I needed the proof of purchase; the gift receipt was not acceptable.She was extremely rude and unaccommodating.I returned today with a computer printout of the order email from Pandora.Fayellen again was my salesperson and she again made my shopping experience horrible.I asked for the credit of 1 pair of the earrings to be on a merchandise credit and i was going to try and use the credit of the other pair to buy a ring.Fayellen told me that she could not split the credit up, because she didn't know how.She rudely asked another associate if she knew how and the other associate stated she didn't know either.I then asked to see some rings and when i asked the prices of several, she huffed and appeared that it was such an inconvenience for her to do that.Everything I asked, was WAY too much effort for her.The way she even spoke with the other sales associates was so rude and condescending.I ended up just taking a merchandise credit and left.I will never go back.

I had to wait for over 30 mins to make it in. Once i got in the guy who helped was not very helpful at all. Everything I asked for was not in stock. We had to shop from a small packet with tiny pictures that were very hard to see. We asked if he could bring out what on sale. So we could see the item better. I was told he couldn't do that. Not a very happy shopping experience. Felt so rushed!

The sales associate was more focused on helping others than me. She was not interested in what i was asking her and left me waiting several times for what others were asking. And during the whole time, she had an attitude like she was being inconvenienced.
