Associates were extremely helpful and friendly. I really wondered why people loved this place .. now I can say I will be a loyal customer.I signed up for a credit card and maxed it out..Bought majority of my Christmas gifts from Pandora this year .. I’m definitely a raving fan now!! Every associate went above and beyond. Thank you 😊

On 10/25/2021 I visited the Wellington Green Mall Pandora location. I needed a present for my daughter in law that just had a baby this month. I chose Pandora because I've had an account for about 5 years and I received a coupon in the Mail this month(Coupon expire date is October 31st 2021) from Pandora The selection of I found a piece that I wanted to buy. I tried to pay and presented the coupon the manager began to question me if I was attempting to use the one time coupon for a second time. I received a coupon in September 2021 that I used that same month (DIFFERENT COUPON). the manager was more concerned with proving that i was attempting to "cheat the system" and used the coupon twice. After being embarrassed by the manager i continued to STILL purchase the item without a coupon. The sales associate rang up my item and gave me a receipt and I left the store As I got into the Elevator and the door began to close, a Pandora associate ran and stuck their hand on the elevator door and said they needed to make sure the transaction was approved and tried to take the receipt away and embarrassed me as if stole something and made me feel embarrassed because I DID PAY NEVER GOING BACK

If I order from BedBath&Beyond I can have it in one hour, curbside if I desire! Yours is 7-10 hours, maybe. I had to suggest to the sales associate to buy it right then in store and return the other, if ever online order came in. Then she tells me that they will cancel the online order. This told me she knew how to do it in the first place! Very poor customer service. Very poor time management on online orders at store level. Very lazy.

i just feel like pandora isn’t welcoming to all guests. there seems to be a racial bias at this store and i won’t be returning.

My purchase totaled to $155 before tax. Following my visit to the store I find out that I qualified for a free item if I spent at least $150 or more before tax which I did. The sales associate did not offer this free item so I’m very disappointed l.

The manager never came over to offer her help when the issue came about. The associate that was helping me kept going into the back office to speak to the manager, making me feel uncomfortable. Associate wasn’t listening as I was trying to explain my situation which made the experience frustrating. I kept having to repeat myself.
