The sales associate was extremely unenthusiastic and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She showed no interest in helping us find the right charm for us.

I went to buy charms for my Best Friends and the sales rep was so pushy about saving me clips she wasn’t listening to the fact I wanted charms. I’m returning my items and going to JARED to repurchase what I want in a more comfortable environment.

This was my first experience shopping with Pandora, and I can tell you it will also be my last. They placed an item on hold for me and told me that they would honor the current sale price. When I went to pick up and pay for my item, I was then told they could no longer honor the sale price and sadly they made no efforts to correct my situation. Instead, I was told this was due to a “miscommunication” on their part. Although the service was good and kind, I left with a soured experience using Pandora Jewelers for my first time and will be more careful to choose jewelers who care about keeping their promise to their customers.

It took more than 30 minutes to get a sales rep to help me. Sales reps were leaving for the day (at 2pm) when there was a long waiting list of customers waiting for help. I think this store is poorly managed. Once one was finally available, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I came to the store to purchase items I seen online with 35% off but the sales rep who helped me (Debbie) didn’t charge me correctly for the items I found same items online for 35% off and I purchase same items in store and she charge full price for 2 and 35% off one and it’s not fair now I have to go back to store in the morning to get it fix

I stopped by the store to return a bracelet purchased for my daughter for Christmas which was too big. She only tried it on once on Christmas Day. The male representative who claimed that he was the manager, thew it back on the counter and stated “ it’s scratched, we can’t take it back “. He was very rude, walked away as I was still explaining to him that obviously they sold me a damaged merchandise because my 3 year old only tried on the bracelet which was placed back in the bag. He was very condescending, would not acknowledge my request and dismissed me in front of other customers in the store. There was another young lady who was a manager, she walked up, apologized for the male associate, completed my exchange with no issues. This was the most humiliating experience I’ve ever had as a black woman and my 7 year old daughter had to witness this. Shame on this male sales associate!

I purchased Pandora products spending over $1K to do so. Only to find out what I paid for versus what I was given experienced a bait and switch (FRAUD). This was also admitted by the store clerks (Arely and another individual whose name I did not receive). Comments also stated this is a known issue from the Palm Beach Gardens Store!!!! That’s BIG ISSUE #1. Second, the Pandora Crown Bracelet is a KNOWN manufacturer defect that the clasp breaks. With your personnel stating this, then WHY IS THIS PRODUCT NOT PULLED OFF THE SHELVES! Why is this product continued to be offered and sold. I am sure the FTC and Consumer Affairs will be interested to learn of this same issue. Third, the manner in which Arely addressed the issue was HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! Even with a proven receipt in hand of what I paid for versus what I received, Arely tried to do an exchange for less than what I paid for the product. She refused to honor my discount on the replacement product.

Placed an order online, order wasn't not ready for pick up nor order was showing up on system. I had to asked to re buy items at store and when lady didn't want to honor online prices or use MY BIRTHDAY discount email. Very disappointed with overall transaction from this store, never had this issue with this store before and I will not be coming back.

The manager of the Wellington store was awful I had a return with out a receipt and she didn’t accommodate me I spent over $350.00 I’m the store this was unacceptable I went two weeks ago to the New Jersey mall in Toms River New Jersey they were exceptional to there consumers this Wellington Florida store manager should be fires her and her fake eyelashes not good for business it was night and day with the New Jersey store the Wellington Florida store was a very big disappointment I will never return to that location the only reason I spent my over $350.00 was I could say no to my 10 year old grandchild’s shopping spree I promised her that store did not appreciate my business
