I was told that I could not get a use my ID.Me discount in the store.

The young lady who attended me in Wellington location was not very nice. And everything I ask she said I dont know. I can understand the frustration with so much going on but us as the customers already suffer wanting over an hour outside online. Then not getting a nice welcome and attentive sales person. I wanted to buy 2 bracelets and some charms and after not getting a nice person only bought one bracelet and no charms. But I love Pandora! It’s my first bracelet so I will be visiting another Pandora for the rest of the stuff I want. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Our sales associate was inattentive and rude. She appeared impatient and was irritated when we would ask to view different charms. She was unhelpful, made no suggestions for the products we were looking for and made the process even more daunting. After waiting in line for an hour, we expected better customer service.

Sales associate was not friendly. Told me product was not available and it was. On Christmas day I realized she sold me the wrong charm. Spoiled my daughter's Christmas gift

The sales person acted like I was about to steal could not see the items I wanted to purchase very uncomfortable

Not having the charms I wanted to purchase. And the not having the free bangles

Didnt have a pleasant tone when I asked for a a bag for my item i purchased. Then she didnt know what i was asking for. No eye contact basically rushing the service! Not pleased, never experienced that type of service with the company but i guess she didnt want to work that day!

I went in to have jewelry cleaned understood she said the machine was broken but not the brush off and kindly told her I never got treated like this before kindly bought jewelry cleaner and left

The sales girl was not too helpful and not friendly at all.

Not very welcoming if you’re young and black
