Purchased a charm that was on sale. Before leaving the store I saw a charm (more expensive) that I preferred to buy instead. I wanted to give back the charm I just purchased and buy the more expensive charm that I preferred. I was told no can do. The first charm I purchased was on sale and could not be returned.Left the store very unhappy.

The service I received from the sales associate “Barbara was outstanding “! However, what I was very dissatisfied is how unprofessional, rude and discourteous management (Idara) was to Mrs. Barbara when she asked a question on my behalf regarding returns on a gift I was purchasing.She was rude and not friendly at all during the time I was there, and responded to a question she ask about returns as if she was a bother. Also I had a question regarding the student discount and survey discount which apparently was an issue, I requested manager Arely who couldn’t quite clarify why student discount couldn’t be honored if on line orders would not only honor them. Request to have Clara call me and still waiting for a call.

I bought 2 clip on charms in May 2021. Both keep popping off. Both have a 1 yr warranty. Going to the store to exchange them was the reason for my visit. I was told they are retired so they qualify for the exchange but nothing can be done because they aren't made anymore.

I was being helped by a store associate at the Pandora located at Wellington Green Mall around 2:30pm. She couldn’t find my size bracelet so she called the assistant store manager breanna over to assist her. Breanna found the bracelet size I needed, literally threw it on the counter and walked away. I told her that wasn’t nice or good customer service and she kept walking and went into the office.

My husband and I are regular customers. On this visit we spent $600+ we usually get the military discount. My husband doesn’t carry his ID on him and this time they would not give us the discount. If the charms hadn’t been on my bracelet already, I wouldn’t have purchased them. We are constantly buying pandora and I have bought bracelets for many in my family. Because of this $60 that could not be discounted for me, you may have just lost a big spending, loyal customer. I got my first pandora bracelet in September 2020. I have over 10 bracelets with lots of charms. I am extremely disappointed.

The wait outside of the store was over an hour & a half while she was pulling people out of line and taking them ahead of us. 3 customers would leave the store & they would send one in. In my opinion it was very disorganized.

Entire staff including the manager was not knowledgeable about the promotion that was being run and the criteria associated with the sale. The manager told me unless I used their credit card I was not eligible for the 30% sale. I showed her the message but she was adamant I was not eligible. Only after I was trying to buy online in the store and about 29 minutes later she came back and said since I was a member then I qualified - the store almost lost the sale. Next time I will buy online and store will not receive credit for purchase - poor customer service.
