Many items were not available that were in your booklet or website. I was told the items are retired and try going to Jared or Etsy.

The sales managers were not very helpful and charged me more than deserved. I received a gift that was had a retail value of $100 plus tax and received $95 for that piece when I was exchanging it for an item of higher value. I had the original gift receipt and the item was brand new in packaging. They also were not happy to honor a 10% coupon that I received from Pandora and only allowed a partial discount. Overall, I’d think twice about going there again and I will ask my friends to get gifts elsewhere as it’s not worth the hassle if you have to exchange. Return for credit was not allowed at all.

The sales clerk gave me 2 incorrect charms. I didnt realize it until I got home. So it was my fault as well.

sales person kept telling me chain was 30 inches when I told her that was impossible. Turns out after checking the web it is 30 centimeters. She was very slow. Filled out application for a discount and discount could not be given that day. She should have known that. Inventory also seemed low.

Firstly a comment was made by the salesperson “if I turn my back things go to disappearing” which was bluntly rude and distasteful not everyone intentions are to steal. Second of course it’s holiday season I feel a double order of boxes should’ve been order. Who wants to issue 12 charms in wrapper paper makes no since.

It’s really annoying on how the sales associates are no longer allowed to pull the trays out it makes it harder to actually see the selection of charms

I had gone to the Boca Raton location earlier that morning. There were over 10 associates helping people get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. The hostess who was greeting everyone as they came in, had a list of names for you to be called up as you waited. They gave you a booklet so the selection process would be easier upon reaching the counter. At the Wellington location were I was told to go only because the Boca location was out of stock on the item I needed. Me and other customers waited in a line outside of the store for 30-45 mins approximately. The hostess when asked said they did not have a list and we suggested to wait in the line if we need to purchase or exchange anything and gave us a booklet.
