I felt that many products are really overpriced. I purchased a gift for well over a 100 dollars and didn't feel it held that value. The nicer products would've cost me well over 300. In the end it's just silver designer or not. It shouldn't be that overpriced.

I went in to purchase a bracelet for my mom they were not offering the same deals online . Then when I went to pay I had to show my ID and one of my lockers was not sealed completely on my personal bracelet that was being adjusted while I was there so by the time I got to the car I realized it Fell off and I couldn’t find the missing piece .

I had to wait on line for a long time, all the stuff were kind of tired and didn’t even knowledge me at the door. Two girls were with clients and 2 just look they were talking inside the store. My husband try to go the day before and gave up. And when I finally got in did not have a great experience

I understand its the Christmas season, but I felt rushed. I got home after making my purchase and I'm really not satisfied with how the bracelet looks. Will probably end up going elsewhere for a different gift and not giving this bracelet.

I had a bracelet I got as a gift, the clasp was lose.. Instead of swapping the item, the manager told me I had to show prove of purchase. Manager told me she'll try to fix it and offered discount to a fix it store to be repaired.. I came in also to pick up a charm that was purchase as a gift to me, and I purchased several others also.. I was very disappointed with the outcome..

The staff ignored me at first, and then they had me rush to make a decision on what to buy. When I asked a question, they lacked details when answering it, they didn’t describe thoroughly on how to put on a bracelet and taking it off.
