I got a charm that did not fit my bracelet the store clerk offered an alternative but did not tell me the price difference until the newcharm was already on my bracelet

To expensive no sales in charms

The sales associate gave me the wrong zodiac sign charm. I told her my girlfriends birthday and she gave me the charm. I asked her multiple times and she assured me that she gave me the right zodiac sign. Well it was wrong. Now my girlfriend has to exchange the charm. My surprise was ruined.

I must have called the store number 13 times from 11am-3pm and not once was answered. I was calling to see if they had what I was looking for in that store before wasting my time going. But it’s the closest one on my way home so took the risk and they did not have what I was looking for. Still bought other items but man. Almost everything I liked and wanted to get they were out.

There wasn't organization as to waitlist or not. The sales girl when asked knew nothing and was kinda rude about. Then 2 sales reps were just casually talking as if there were know one waiting. Just awful!

The sales attended was very rude and was rushing me.

The selection choices of charms for the Pandora Me bracelet are very limited. The charms also are very small and comes off easily already lost one and almost lost another.
