The seller took off charms and put it all back the correct way but one which is backwards

*The employee was not showing a lot of enthusiasm but he did help me in a very nice way. (Needs to smile more) *Some of the stuff I asked for was not in. *That's it I don't have anything else.

The sales associate was fantastic, it was the other lady, think she was a supervisor. I had lost a clasp on my bracelet that my son had bought me and so was upset and was replacing it. She told me it may happen again as she recommended that charm for a smooth bracelet. That was never told to my son at the time. The other associate told me it was probably faulty that’s why this happened. I was upset that the supervisor was not understanding this. I can not praise the sales associate enough for being concerned. I ended up buying the charm/clip that had come off as she told me it would be fine.

Too crawded

The wait time is just way too long. I know it’s not the sales people. That it’s just circumstances but it is like this every time I go there. Due to this I don’t go very often.

There's always room for improvement, other than the wait time there were no other reasons.

I wait about 30 min with my baby’s crying without get service yet I spoke with an associate about my return and she told me about the promotion on the store right now Then I spoke with another associate she told me differently about the promotion and ended up with out getting it

I was satisfied with the visit but I was disappointed with the fact that they didn’t have or didn’t care the size ring that I wear which is an 8. Everything I chose they either didn’t have it or not the right size.

I had to wait for over an hour for someone to help me with my purchase.
