Long line, about 30 minutes waiting but it was the day before Christmas.

I saw that sales associates were available to take the next customer in the que and the associate that was checking in customers was outside checking customers in and the sales associates had to wait until she came back by the door for them to get the next customer. It seemed to waste quite a bit of time. Not very efficient. My visit to the store on Black Friday was even worse and I left the store and did not spend any money as the sales associate wanted me to view my prospective purchase from behind another sales associate as there was not enough room for all of them behind the counter. Bottom line is, I have 5 full Pandora bracelets and am working on a sixth one. I have been very reserved in working on this bracelet since my experience from Black Friday. I think Pandora is very beautiful, but when I spend 1100 to 1500 on a bracelet, I expect when I wait for my turn to have service.

Just a observation I was interested in some airings it was pearl and silver they told me I needed to purchase both earrings to make it like that this play that you guys had up , which I think is misleading spoke to the manager she did not want it to sell me the way you guys had a displayed . Sometimes that display can track the customer so it's very important to explain that displayed it look like I can purchase the earrings the way it was thank you

I was sold the wrong charm. I had to go back and change it. It worked out because I added more while I was there.

Should be able to look at merchandise before having to wait on line just to enter store.

Sales Associates were not concerned that there were over 10 people waiting for assistance. As the finished the sales they were working on - they went into the back of the store and stayed there for over 15 minutes. Most people left without being helped. My sales associate was the only one who did not disappear. She was very helpful.

Options were limited. You are no longer able to view the trays and select what you want the associates takes out items one at a time for your approval.
