long wait time

My sales associate was COLD....I'm unsure if this may be attributed to the time of night and he was just tired...but he showed NO warmth at all. Good thing I'm a Pandora lover otherwise I would have simply left!

There is no particular reason why I wasn’t High Satisfied.

Because it was very crowded and no one even looked at me for a long time.

I told the associate the bracelet felt snug without my charms but she still suggested the same size

The service was fine and the store was busy so the attention wasn’t 100% there. But also it was after the holidays so I understand.

Some of the items that i was looking in particular were not available at the moment of my purchase

When i had my ring cleaned last visit I did not realize stones were lost until I got home and I did not go back was very frustrated bout whole situation I think they could have been more careful
