I lost a heart charm for the second time... I had to buy another... The price I paid for the charm shouldn’t have come off....

i had to wait in line for about 20 n minutes and i were not to happy about that need more employer to check customers out at a timly matter

I bought my mother a bracelet with 2 clip on charms and one for the clasp. So far, two of the charms have fallen off. Our family has been buying from Pandora for years. We have never had this problem before. The lady who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The store was over crowded, which noone could be reasonably expected to help but it was nearly impossible to browse. The sales associate didn't know where anything was or what anything cost and wasted a lot of time thumbing through the catalogs. She also messed up my transaction by accidentally canceling it and telling me my card was declined because she got impatient with the iPad and just started pushing buttons

The wait to go into the store is too long. I do not think this store is big enough and there are not enough associates. During holidays or promotions they can't cope with the amount of people visiting the store. I have been to other stores and I have not experienced a wait time but this is the store closest to me. I find that I must go early in the morning or non-peak times to avoid this problem.
