Harm had to be ordered because store didn’t have one. It was being held for us. I went to pick it up today and it wasn’t on hold any longer

I lost a heart charm for the second time... I had to buy another... The price I paid for the charm shouldn’t have come off....

I bought my mother a bracelet with 2 clip on charms and one for the clasp. So far, two of the charms have fallen off. Our family has been buying from Pandora for years. We have never had this problem before. The lady who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable.

There was nothing wrong with my experience. When doing surveys and I'm satisfied i give a those reviews. I was satisfied and the staff was great. Its like getting 100 on all test

A lot of the selections were discontinued.

The store was over crowded, which noone could be reasonably expected to help but it was nearly impossible to browse. The sales associate didn't know where anything was or what anything cost and wasted a lot of time thumbing through the catalogs. She also messed up my transaction by accidentally canceling it and telling me my card was declined because she got impatient with the iPad and just started pushing buttons

The wait to go into the store is too long. I do not think this store is big enough and there are not enough associates. During holidays or promotions they can't cope with the amount of people visiting the store. I have been to other stores and I have not experienced a wait time but this is the store closest to me. I find that I must go early in the morning or non-peak times to avoid this problem.
