The store was clean however the availability of several of the items that I wanted was not located at the store.

extremely crowded, too many associates involved in the process (not just purchasing), not enough explanation of email received for being pandora member or what items the sale was on.

I was charge twice for one of the items I purchased. Good thing I notice it before I left the store or I might of have trouble proving later that I purchased only 3 items and not 4. Plus, I would hhave to to wait again on tht long line. I left and realized I only got a recipt of the item they refund me before not the oringal receipt. I hope none of my sisters have to return their gifts.

I was satisfied with my visit.

I had to wait in a line outside the store for about 20-30 min just to see an associate. I get it, it's Christmas time, but maybe have an express line for those looking to get something that know exactly what they want as opposed to waiting in line with those that are browsing or shopping without knowing. Makes the wait SO much longer.

I was highly satisfied with my sales associate. She was extremely helpful! The overall experience was rather quick as in knew what I wanted when I arrived.

The price of items were very good. They had enough items for sale. I was very surprised they had enough items to sale. I was very happy with everything I purchased.

The store is very small and crowded. the girl had a hard time finding some of the items. There was not a large enough selection of charms.
