No one greeted us upon entering the store. We only found out there was a sign in sheet after seeing it on the counter.

The manager refused to let the sales associate give me a box for a bracelet that I bought for a graduation gift. The bracelet had 3 charms. The sales associate Fayellen was great but the manager very mean.

I had a bracelet that was too big on my wrist and Pandora did not give me the option to exchange or have it repaired to be a smaller bracelet. I had to buy a new bracelet and I was not happy with that at all.

I was told that I would get 10% off my purchase if I opened a charg3 card. I did based on that information. I felt that I was tricked because I wasn't told until I went to pay that the 10% off didn't apply to discounted merchandise.

Some what persistant on buying additional item. Seems very expensive for a silver bracelet.

Unfortunately the store was out of stock of the earrings that came with a purchase of $120 or more which was the main reason I walked in the store as I was trying to gift those together with the charms I acquired. The substitute gifts offered weren’t the same retail value as the original gift offered. A substitute charm of the same face value, another accessory or rain check would’ve been a more suitable offer. Service was great as always

The bracelet is not easy to remove it, we bought the additional accesory but still tricky to open the bracelet to remove it.
