They didn't have all of the jewelry that I was looking for and also I was not notified through an email of the sale that was on the 6th of January

I waited more than 15 minutes and then the associate call the person on the list after me first. The charm I wanted wasn't in stock but she did locate another store for me.

The product that I bought was very small. I was afraid that the chain would break or tangle easily because of how small it was. It was so small and yet it was $90! That’s insane and if I wasn’t struggle to find something for my girlfriend quickly, I wouldn’t have bought it.

The store did not have items I wanted in stock.

This was my 1st pandora purchase ever. This issue was the lack of merchandise. They did not have anything is stock.

The associate was very helpful, but she wasn’t initially friendly. At first she seemed bothered by us, then she warmed up and made the experience more pleasant. I’d like all the employees to offer cleaning of your bracelet or any other product you are wearing, or at least acknowledge when a customer says “oh I really need a cleaning”. Additionally i love the designs but it seems that products with stones become green after a while. I do not shower w my jewelry ever and my “white cz stones” seem green.
