Was looking for a specific ring, wasn't in the store

You asked if this location played music- no music played at this site. Also this location doesn’t have many items that online have. Not the best but will do.

The items I was looking for were not in stock and although it was offered to be ordered for me, it was part of a gift purchase and time was of the essence. Also when I inquired about certain products that were displayed I was told they were for a different bracelet and not informed that it was also available for my bracelet until after I’d made my purchase. I was told that I could get a free charm if I spent a certain amount and at the time of purchase was told I’d have to purchase an additional bracelet.

Pandora has beautiful charms , but some over priced . I found charms at other stores for less . But overall great experience and beautiful jewelry.

I was not emailed a receipt as stated by the sales associate who sold me the charm. I would not likely return to that Pandora store due to the reason that I live 3 hours away from that location and I was only visiting a relative in the area and decided to visit the shopping mall.

Most of the jewelry cases were empty not sure why. Customers should be able to look around to see what they would like to purchase.

Always friendly and helpful at this store

My first thought immediately upon walking in was how big this Pandora store was. I strolled around for a bit until Astrid stopped me and had asked if I was being helped already. I replied “no” and then she had asked me if I signed in. I had never heard of “signing in” before and I have been too many Pandora stores so this was a bit odd to me. She brought me to the front counter and noticed everyone on the list had been crossed out which probably meant I would have been the next to be “called’. This “list” just seemed to be a blank sheet of printer paper and not a proper sign in sheet so that was kind sketchy to me. It shows that they don’t really care and probably just what they do at only that store to try and bring “order” to the store since they seemed to be a pretty busy location. Anyways, Astrid was super attentive and helpful. She doesn’t have much personality but she was still nice and polite. I liked that she asked the size ring I was looking for and brought out a trey of all the available rings in my size so that made things super easy. I would definitely still go back there

The pricing for the merchandise does not met the satisfaction of the quality. The vibrant shine is no longer there after only having my bracelets for a year. I went in for a cleaning and it still looked dull and the associate did the cleaning twice.
