Long line, long wait, not many pieces available

The clip charm I was looking for was not in stock

limited selection in store. the packaging could have had a gift rap option. over all the experience was good. It also worried me that there was not a lot of inventory in other jewelry stores.

For the most part, I was very satisfied with the service in the store as well as the selection they had. Personally, I thought the staff was very nice.

Because they didn't have the items I was looking for. And the ones they had were too expensive for my budget.

I needed something fixed on a bracelet but unfortunately it wasn’t able to get fixed or replaced on my visit. Also there was a sale I missed on and will be back to be able to do it.

Was looking for birthstone for March, September, December. What was presented look to much alike.
