The time I had to wait and I could not look around for charms

The store was extremely crowded when we came to visit. And some of the charms that we looked at were dirty and needed to be cleaned before I wanted to purchase them, they also did not have in stock some of the charms I wanted.

I have the palm tree charm for de 2nd time and is broken again , the lady didn’t find it in my past orders so she can’t help me…. Very bad experience with this charm 😢

Good and beautiful merchandise, I imagine that the staff would prefer clients that ask for more expensive products and they are with them more nice and helpful

The wait was a little long. But other than that I loved being there and the worker was very sweet and helped a lot.

The sales associates majority were kind of off putting and some seemed to not be wanting to help they actively avoided eye contact even though it was clear we wanted help and eventually ti was like they designated a newbie to deal with us. She was very nice but the others were kind of rude and didn't seem like they wanted to help much. They all gathered chatting away with one another.

Because the bracelet I really wanted yal were out of so it force me to get something else that I was okay with but not to happy with
