I was satisfied

Needed a braclet cleaned. Now do it yourself. Told to read instructions at table. Instructions were not clear. Bracelet not clean. Second sales person gave verbal, detailed instructions. Took 6 times to clean bracelet.

There were not enough associates to help and it was a 30+ min wait. The manager was stocking items instead of helping. There was no rhyme or reason to got helped next, so someone else after us was helped before us.

I wanted to do curbside pick up but I called the store about 4 times and no one answered the phone and since it was my first time at this store I wanted to know where it was located and no one answered. The mall didn't have any maps, so I had to find a security guard and ask them for directions.

A little disappointed that I asked to have my bracelet cleaned and was told I had to clean it myself. Waited 10 mins. behind a customer who was cleaning lots of jewelry. I left instead.......

It a quick and less cost way to find a gift for someone. They help you build what ever you need help with. And the person that you are purchasing for will always live it

The line was way too long

There was over a one and a half hour wait to get into the store. The catalog was helpful while in line, but I prefer to look at the items in person and browse the store versus having the saleperson bring the item to me. Some of the items were in the catalog, but out of stock or not available in the right size.
