Space is too small, sales associates kept bumping into each other and had to wait on each to grab their items which makes customers wait time longer. But staff was friendly and professional with each other

Service could be better.

I know it's the holidays but the wait to go in the store was more then an hour and it took like an hour just to pick everything I wanted. The wait outside was ridiculous.

Because I will only come for special occasions and I will be back but I will not be back in 90 days that is just to close

the associate was very nice but i realized she forgot to sell me the actual bracelet along with the charm even though we were talking about it causing me to return to the store again to purchase it

When buying online and trying to exchange the merchandise for different size , the store should be available to process it and take the return and send me the new size to my door or pick up , I didn’t like that we call if we get it , and to me that means we won’t call you , she just took my number and my name in a little pice of paper with out the information of the ring or what I want it , that means she will likely don’t care to call me back
