I received a Pandora bracelet as a birthday gift, but the clasp would not hold. I do not like to return things but I really like the bracelet and since it is a gift it is meaningful to me so I went to the store hoping to exchange it. Several associates welcomed me and offered to help. I had at least 4 different people speaking with me and helping me find a similar bracelet in my size. I had never been to a Pandora store before this visit. I do not have any other Pandora jewelry. But I had a great experience and I saw a lot of nice jewelry while I was in the store. I am planning to shop there in the next few months for Christmas gifts and I know I will visit the store when I need something nice for myself or a friend.
