Although the store was packed with people they were able to assist me quickly. They had what I needed. Overall, the experience was great.

Our salesperson, Mohammed, was very patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. There are so many appealing items, and he helped us make decisions with which we are delighted. My bestie and I purchased charm bracelets for each other for Christmas. We are looking forward to adding additional charms to our bracelets in the near future.

It’s Christmas time so the store was packed from wall-to-wall and there was about a 20 minute wait to be seen by an employee. But once we were greeted he was extremely pleasant to work with although he had very little knowledge of the product I needed help almost the entire time. All in all I love my bracelet from the Rose collection it is absolutely gorgeous!

The seller looked everywhere for my ring size and went out of her way to look deeper into finding it. She held it for me while I went out and decided on the ring. Came back and she helped me quickly.

Sales person was helpful and knew the products. The time before there was so many sales people behind the counter they couldn't get over to show you the charms you had requested to see. Last time I just gave up and left without a thing. This time they could get to you and show you the charms you had asked to see and I was able to make a purchase unlike time. I like to see the charms up close, not being waved at me from the middle of a herd of sales persons
