My purchase was a gift for my 16 year old daugther, so this was an emotional moment. It will be an life long item she can reflect on while looking at each charm.Our sales representative was professional and ver attentive to our need.

The associate, Cindy, was very pleasant. She was knowledgeable about all of the merchandise. She made sure we were aware of the offers that were available to us at the time. She greeted us with a big smile as soon as we entered the store. She's also a FSU Seminole fan :)

Pandora is one of my new favorite things for the last three and the staff is very professional.

The sales associate was very attentive. Many of the sales staff recognize me as soon as I walked into the store. I had forgotten to use my Pandora $10.00 code and the staff voided the transaction and did it all over again allowing me to use my discount.

I liked a particular ring which on display they did not have my size. The Lady taking care of me went out of her way to search in the stock room and actually found one my size
