I met a delightful Customer Service Rep. as I waited on line in the store - her name was Donna and our conversation was really lovely - both she and I are from NY/LI area. Then Ann helped me with my selections - a truly outstanding experience - I will return to see her before Mother’s Day - Thank you - I am so thrilled to have such beautiful Pandora pieces and such helpful and knowledgeable CSR - ⭐️⭐️⭐️
