I came, I saw, I purchased.

I had to wait but it was worth the wait

The associate, Alexis, that assisted me was very nice and she knew her product. She did everything she could to make my visit a satisfying visit.

I signed in for service and waited a little bit of time. The clerk was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted to see and where it was located in the store. She was able to get to the merchandise and help with the selection.

The store was clean, staff was friendly, and the wait wasn’t that bad.

My Mom, sisters and I all came together so we could share the Pandora experience. We worked with Faye Ellen who is my absolute favorite. We all left with the things we came for and some things that weren't on our lists. It was a nice way to spend time with each other.

There were new products to look at. There was a good variety of styles. Found charms that went well with the charms I already have.

Fayellen always makes my experience great. She is very knowledgeable about the product and remembers what I like and makes suggestions to help me create a beautiful bracelet. Today was no exception and Fayellen even showed me a couple of pieces that I bought, even though they were not on my list.

The sales lady I believe her name was Fay. She’s was unbelievably helpful and she new exactly what I was looking for! It was my first time ever going into pandora and she was phenomenal. I will definitely be returning!! Amazing costumer service!
