Such a beautiful atmosphere to shop in. The sales people were friendly and polite. I asked for a particular occasion of charms and within 30 seconds, there was an assortment to choose from.I can't wait to return to shop some more!

first, I have been a customer for years; Second,. when Pandora experienced a renovation, I visited the Governor's Mall, Tallahassee, Florida during Spring Break, (I am an educator), and I was exposed to dynamic services as I had been treated at the Wellington Green Mall, Wellington, Florida. Next, the in-store sales, I receive per e-mail allowed me to know how to plan and save for purchases. Finally, I love the merchandise and quality.

When walking into the Pandora Store we were greeted by the sales associates even though they were helping other customers. The nice lady that helped me was such a be help, and new a lot about the jewelry. And helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet and charms.

I was highly satisfied because l waited less than five minutes before an associate was available to help me, I knew what I wanted and my associate located my items quickly, I had questions about the design I wanted to create and again my associate was helpful. Lastly, the prices were great. The only concern I have is that you should update your catalogs and local websites not to include discontinued items.
