Clara T. Is the definition of Great Customer Service. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She didn't even know I was making this purchase but she went out her way just to make sure they had exactly what I wanted. I received the blossom ring December birth stone as a gift for my baby shower last year and November. I wanted January for my 5 year old daughter and March for my son that passed.Clara doesn't even know how much she made my day and I forever grateful and appreciative towards her. I hope this reaches the owner of Pandora. Take value in your employees give them honor. Clara T. needs to train everyone when it comes to customer service. I live in Port St Lucie. Just to receive that excellent service again I will be back. Clara should be employee of the year forever!!!!
