I went right in and was helped by Felicia right away. She was very helpful and suggested pieces for my bracelet.

Clara who assisted me today was very friendly & acknowledgable of the products in the store. Its my 1st time purchasing the bracelet. She Helped explain the braclets, how to take care of the bracelet. She was very kind & would love to come back to get more charms.

Marcia D was very knowledgeable and helful when helping me pick out a ring and a charm for my bracelet.

Sales associates are always pleasant and helpful. I am always satisfied with the quality of the jewelry and the prices. I appreciate also being able to go into any Pandora and have my jewelry cleaned at no charge. Pandora rocks!!

I went to the store with the idea of seeing a ring (not buying). The sales representative, Noah R, was knowledgeable on the merchandise. When I tried the ring it wasn't what I thought it would be and I was ready to leave when Noah provided me immediately with recommendations and options. I love Pandora!!! And this Wellington store represents this company well. I've been shopping here for quite a while and everyone who works here is very knowledgeable about the product, works very nicely with the customers, and they are extremely nice and welcoming. I am disabled and I do not have a lot of money to spend on "extra" purchases besides my bills however, Pandora is something that I treat myself to for a few reasons: #1- Quality jewelry #2- Huge selection #3- Friendly employees ...and due to their great promotions/specials where I feel like I'm getting a better deal, I feel like it's somewhat affordable. ***A few suggestions I'd like to offer... #1-I love your rings but I would like to see a few "thumb" rings in a size 10 #2-plain silver "hoop" earrings Keep up the good work with a product we all love!!! The service at the store was exceptional, and made me excited to come back. They know me by name and treat me as more than a customer. I love every charm I’ve bought and i can’t wait to buy more, the pieces are lovely.

Disappointed with the lack of grandmother/granddaughter charms. Associate was very helpful though.
