As I entered the establishment I was warmly greeted by a male employee who politely asked me if he can assist me. Due to the short time I had at the mall, the service offered to me was very professional and swift. He was well knowledgeable of the items.

I was able to complete the exchange with no issues or concerns. The purpose of my visit was handled with professionalism. The sales associate Anne recognized me from a previous visit and that feels GREAT!!

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Paloma, the sales associate, showed me exactly what I was looking for and more. I was getting a birthday gift for my sister-in-law but she just welcomed a baby boy in our lives, so I wanted to get her something that symbolized him. Also, I was getting another gift for my best friend and she showed me everything that they had and gave me options as well such as earrings, rings, necklaces, etc.
