I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I didn't have to wait at all for assistance. The rings I was looking for were in stock. The associate was knowledgeable and knew where to locate the rings. There was a promotion going on and I was offered a free jewelry box for spending at least $125. The jewelry box is beautiful and I will definitely use it!
