The sales associate instantly greeted me upon my entrance to the store. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to assist me with no hesitation. He showed me all of my available options for exchange and did not rush me into making a decision on merchandise until I was satisfied.

I was highly satisfied due to the fact I was greeted as soon as I walked in, helped within 5 minutes and very nice and helpful

I visit very frequently this location and the staff is very friendly and welcoming every time. The salesperson I was dealing with (Dawn) seem to be new and in training, but very nice. I enjoy my collection and started my daughters 6yrs ago, and now my granddaughter who is turning five. Love my Pandora!

My sales representative Ms. Anna was patient; professional; and knowledgeable of the ongoing promotion. She assisted me in organizing my charms on my bracelet(s) and as a result I purchased four charms.

I was greeted by smiling faces as soon I walked in the door . The sales associate ANNE was extremely helpful and definetly knew everything there is to know about Pandora ,for I explained that it was my first time in a Pandora store . And because of first impression I HAVE GONE BACK TWO DAYS IN A ROW TO PURCHASE CHARMS AND A BRACLET . I AM HOOKED !
