The customer service, the quality of the jewelry, and the selections. I went the weekend before Christmas but arrived before noon and did not wait long in line. The sales rep. was amazing, super informative which helped me to make my selections quickly.

Nice friendly sales rep. Told her what I was interested in and she knew the stock and immediately put on counter. 3 gifts and was in and out of store in 30 minutes. Very nice during busy holiday seasonđź‘Ť

the staff is friendly and helpful. We had a good laugh about no Christmas ball this year. Disappointed about no ball this year but they did recommend a different charm for this year. I bought 3 charms and got me another bracelet.
