Satisfied with the prompt service received on such a busy day as Valentines. Customer service was great!

I revisit this location on a busy day "Valentines's Day" for a gift and the organization from the customer service rep. at the entrance to the customer service from "Clara" I received during my purchased was outstanding!

Shadaira gave us excellent service, my father left completely happy with the gifts he purchased. We found everything we needed in a timely manner. This store and its associates never disappoint with the customer service; the amount of help you get when you immediately walk in is so much better than the other stores my father usually goes into to purchase jewelry. Will be back again.

I call the store an the service was good, the person knew fast about I was asking for. Even though I exchanged a ring the customer service was really good. The associates are friendly.

I stopped coming to Pandora after my favorite sales associate left. Once I found out she had returned I started coming back to pandora once again. She is incredible and I will not buy from anyone but her.
