The lady who helped us was amazing

I waited in line for about an hour the day before Christmas Eve. When I got into the store I was greeted by Monica and she was so amazing with her customer service. The thanked me for waiting outside in line and asked if I had any ideas, who I was purchasing for, and where I wanted to start. When I let her know what I wanted she said some were out of stock the day before but would look. She found one but not the other. When she was ringing me up she’s like let me go look in the back again. She was able to find the other charm and I was elated. The bracelet was for my mom from us 3 kids, the charm miss was my birthstone. Monica was so great and took her time with my needs.
