My wonderful assistant was FAYELLEN R. I walked in the store on 4-12-19, knowing what I needed to grab. My fiancé had her eye on this beautiful bracelet for a while and I knew it’d be special for her birthday. Completed the bracelet with a few rose gold pieces. My fiancé couldn’t be more happier with the gift. She now has all types of jewelry from them! We will definitely be back again. A++

My sales associate fayellen was awesome I went in to get my jewelry clean and purchase a birthday gift and ended up buying earrings for myself because of fayellen personality towards me. I loved the fact she didn't mind cleaning my chain twice and she kept a smile on her face she such a sweet lady hopefully when I return to buy more things she will be working

This store was very easy to find in the mall. We were greeted by smiling faces. The sales rep knew us from our phone call earlier in the day. She took the time necessary to find the perfect fit for the item desired.

I was highly satisfied with pandora because they welcome you with open arms and they were very polite and made sure that I was very satisfied with what I purchase and their customer service was very friendly and great as well

I went in to purchase a charm which I had lost. The item is no longer available so I bought a different charm but the sales associate replaced the defective piece (the reason I keep losing the charms) without me asking and suggested two clips to add to the bangle to add to the charm of the bracelet.

The quality is worth the money, this is my third time purchase and I love it
