The store was welcoming with associates standing and greeting and asking how they could assist. The store was clean and good set ups of displays. The associates were friendly. Smiling and very helpful.

Didn't like the platted pandora and decided to exchange it for 14k gold bracelet. I feel it should either be silver or gold nothing plated. It looks cheap.

I give this Pandora location a 10/10 ! I was attended by Paloma in the nicest and kindest way possible. She went out her way to show me and help me with the questions I had. Everyone was great. I live an hour away but I sure will be coming back to this location, very much worth the drive ! Thank you so much for the great experience. xoxo
