Customer service was very good. There was no long wait to check out. Prices were reasonable.

They were kind and extremely professional. The clerk was nice and helped me find what I wanted to purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience first of all because as soon as I walked in the staff said hello with a smile in their face. I didn't have to wait a long time and the store was very clean especially all the showcases.

Alejando R was extremely helpful at picking out the perfect gift for my sister. He showed me various options of different jewelry pieces that would go along with what I was looking for. I felt comfortable in knowing I was going to get a great gift with his help, he’s very friendly and suited for his job. Alejandro made the whole shopping experience 10/10 and I will definitely ask for him again next time I return to Pandora.

I was highly satisfied in this visit as I always am when I go to this store. All the sales associates who have helped me in the past are really dedicated into figuring out what best suits me and my style. I love Pandora rings very much, but unfortunately have a ring size that is not common. Kristina who helped me that day would not give up! She pulled rings all of my size so it was easier to look and try on. I appreciated that so much and now have a lovely set of three rings. Thank you Kristina!
