I was very pleased with the customer service received by staff, especially the young man who took care of us “Alex”. He provided different options for a clip for me to consider, but was never pushy. I end up buying another “Lion King” charm with the silver finish. Love our pandora collections.

Mrs. Anne was very polite and knows what she was doing, she help us alot and will return to that store soon.

The ladies are very helpful, I apparently forgot to activate my Pandora Credit Card and the ladies were so kind to help me activate my card as i was looking for a gift for a family member. The willingness to help me is the reason for this survey. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you ladies at the Wellington Mall!

Customer service was great and the sales associate was very knowledgeable.

I was exchanging a ring for a smaller size and not only was the sales associate nice and approachable but the associate that had helped me when picking out jewelry the first time was there as well. I was able to tell her how much my mom enjoyed the gift, and she was so nice and sweet as well. Both lady’s were, and I definitely see myself coming back to this location.
