The store was crowded but I did recieve assistance within five minutes of walking into the store. The sales clerk had an answer to all my questions without having to ask for help. When I made my decision on what I wanted to buy I did not feel like she was trying to upsell me more merchandise, which is how I like to be treated.

As always my experience with customer service and friendliness is outstanding. When I have a question regarding a product and availability they provide me with an answer or research to give me my options. I love my Pandora collection as well as my daughter and that’s why I continue to be a faithful customer.
