We waited in a line of only two people compared to the holiday and was greeted with smiles on all associates faces. Barbara S. took care of our needs and even though I purchased on line with Klarna with my understanding of changes or returns had to be thru the mail. To my surprise, she informed me that I can exchange in store, but if returning it would be thru the mail. I was happy right away and she helped us thru the sizing and items and we were able to given our gifts to family members ahead of what we thought it would be.
