I came in for a off and knew what I wanted, JoJo knew exactly where the charm was. He was very knowledgeable of the charm, knew the price right off the top of his head and was able to tell me all about the cleaning polish.

I walked in and knew what I wanted. I was a bit nervous that I could get everything I needed during my lunch hour. Service was quick and efficient, Abby was a terrific help
