The associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. She helped with finding charms and bracelets. She was very helpful and patient with me in deciding on my selections.

The girls were extremely nice and made sure things were done perfectly and correctly with my holiday purchases they even went to the extent of writing what things were on the bottom so I wouldn’t get confused with the amount of items that were bought !

The online ordering and pickup service was very easy and the process worked fine. My only issue was that the sales associate handling pickups couldn’t find my order and I was told my order had been put back but she did eventually find it. After that it was smooth sailing. The staff was very professional, extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them every time.

Covid precautions were taken & I waited online outside the store until they called me in. Wendy was my sales person & she cleaned the area as I was approaching the counter. She was highly knowledgeable & helped me pick some great gifts.
