i brought my 9 year old granddaughter to the store - she received a Pandora bracelet 2 years ago from my mother that she never wears - the hard circle bracelet. She was resistant to going into the store...having a young, cool salesman helped make her comfortable. Mark showed her the soft, more comfortable bracelet style. The Groot charm was on display, which she loves! He spoke directly to her, not me - showed her how to open and close the bracelet a few times with her fingernail and with the tool - not hard sell, but showing us that the tool was available - of course I bought the tool! He took his time with her - didn't rush her - we had a wonderful experience!
