The service at this store is horrible. I’ve spent thousands at pandora in Las Vegas and the quality of treatment was amazing here I was a burden. She claims she couldn’t show me the whole tray, even in Vegas I could see it all? I clearly have Pandora all over my hands and ears but I can’t see the merchandise to buy. She wasn’t trying to get me to look at anything. So I got something quick and left. Normally I’ll keep going but nope. And I really don’t have a desire to go back.

I purchase something every Christmas for my wife , last year and this year both sales associates were rude, (long story on last years sale)associate asked if i could afford the charm i was looking at. This year the sales woman acted like it was inconvenient to get charms out for us to view, so i asked if i could look at the little book that shows them. Her reply : We don't have all the charms in that book (in a rude tone) My thoughts were if i pick one out that you didn't have in stock perhaps i could order it? and or pick out a different one at that time. so my last two years i have been treated like i couldn't afford something or was bothering them

The sales associate was nice but it was difficult to understand her and I’m not sure how well she understood me when we were trying to finish the transaction, seeing as how she had a hard time getting my email address right when I was spelling it for her. The next day we went in to have my wife’s bracelet cleaned to put the new charms on and were told they were not doing cleanings since it was Mother’s Day. The problem with that though is that someone had time to stand at the front with a clipboard and take names, not the sales associate that had done the transaction the previous day. She also said she was the manager, which was hard to believe since her attitude was extremely lacking in friendliness. I told her we would not be returning to that store. I called after that and ask to speak to a manager, the same one answered, and she was very rude and dismissive. She offered no apology and didn’t seem to mind at all that we would not be returning. Very disappointed in Pandora and honestly, Pandora should be disappointed too with how poorly she is representing them.

There was absolutely no workers acknowledging customers. When we finally said something they were so rude! Very snotty and did not want to smile or be at work. Let alone grab the exact thing we wanted.

The sales ad was misleading. The ad stated Veterans Day sale when checked out it was only for veterans.
