I drove an hour to the nearest store and went in looking for a pink colored bead for my bracelet. The sales lady only showed me the more expensive beads and told me that's all they had in what I was wanting. I showed her one I had seen online and she said oh ya we have that. I ended up settling for a glass charm then after I left and was looking in the book and saw all the options and one I really wanted. I'm pretty sure they had it also but it wasn't the price she wanted me to spend. She was very pushy and kept trying to get my husband to buy things I didn't want. Not only did I not get what I wanted but it was more expensive then the one I was wanting.

Associate Selene who helped me with my charm bracelet was rude with just answering my questions with yes or no like as if she didn’t want to help me. My over all purchase was nearly $300 I felt I could’ve been treated a lot better like my previous visits.

I believe she is the manager she was rude, i made a purchase at las Vegas, the clips i bought were hard to open and close, and the lady was rude when I came to returned them because I forgot my receipt and because they were scratch and could not look me up. I offer to look me up by my Pandora credit card, she decline. I don't remember which email the associate used from las Vegas but the comments that she made to me about her not being able to resale them infront of all the customers in the store. I even apologized to her. I think she needs a new job.

I drove 50 miles specifically for the first item I looked at. I told the associate I definitely wanted it & she put it to the side but she didn't ring it up with the rest of my purchases. I don't if she was more interested in making a sale or what but I was very disappointed in the customer service I received this time in the store!

I was immediately told to put on a mask when we arrived to the store. I shouldn’t be forced to wear it. Also, I was unaware of the teachers discount and called the store not only one but THREE TIMES and got no answer while we were in the area.

The first sales person who was helping me seemed very confused. I asked her to look up a Wish List of a friend and she seemed not to be able to find something alphabetically. She showed me wrong merchandise and was no help at all.

I went twice yesterday. The first time the person that attended did not have knowledge about the special priced items, she delayed A LOT finding what we chose. The second time the person seemed to be in a hurry, in spite she was very nice to us, she was constantly looking at her watch.

Was mothers day. Went in for the clasp on my bracelet. They encouraged me to buy a chain for it. Which we did. Asked them to clean it and put chain on/ They were very busy and told it would be an hour. We left...as we live 45 min away..and did more shopping. We returned in 1 hour and they had not even started the cleaning. The girl informed me that cleanings are done as associates are available and being mothers day, customers come first. We stated that we were customers. We had purchased the chain that day and were told to come back in 1 hour. The associate came back from the back and told us "my manager is going to work through her lunch break to get it done, which they don't normally do". It was completed after a total of 2 hours. Very disappointed that we were treated like we were an inconvenience. I have 2 bracelets that have mostly retired pieces. We have spent a lot of money with Pandora and this was not what we were expecting.

The sales associate was wonderful. The employee who checked me out could not make change correctly and shorted me. When I explained it should more change, she and another associate - a Sales Leader or something similar was listed on her name tag - told me I was wrong and then pulled out a calculator to "show" me why I was wrong. When i used the calculator on my phone and it turned out I was correct, both associates seemed upset and had an obvious attitude. Both girls were younger than the other associates and I am hoping were only "holiday employees" as their customer service was in extreme need of more training. I was very disappointed in their behavior and the lack of a simple "oh my goodness, ma'am I'm so sorry we made a mistake" as that would have made everything fine. People make mistakes all the time. However, the only comment from either one of them was, "I'm sorry you got confused." I wasn't the one who was confused and I felt compelled to leave a piece advice to each one of them that customer service and a respectful attitude will carry them much further than their current attitude. They looked appalled that I would hold them accountable for their behavior.

The sales associates were rude and acted inconvenienced to show or sell me anything. I was misled about their sale-i was told 40% off on the phone, but in person only SELECT merchandise was on sale. Sales girl wasn't knowledgeable about the sale or what qualified. I bought merchandise, but next time I will go to the outlet in Branson, MO.
