Item we been trying to buy, sales associate said they can't sold the item we anted because they been performing an inventory that moment, Seriously? You have something for sale and you cannot sale it cuz your counting...🙄🙄🙄

The employees were very helpful and nice. They helped me find what I was looking for which was very helpful. I’m just annoyed because I purchased a ring and the next day my finger started to turn green which is upsetting due to the cost of it.

I was not shown any of the chams, rings, etc under the counter. Only could look at what was in the display windows and on the counter.

There were 5 sales associates and one customer when I came into the store. I wondered around for several minutes without a word from anyone. I was there specifically for the sale and was turning to walk out when someone finally offered to help me. I asked about the sale and was given a sheaf of papers to look through, which didn't bother me. Only after I had gone through most of the papers did one of the sales associates, not the one helping me, bother to tell me the ones with X's where out of stock. I chose my items, checked out. I just find it annoying when paperwork , it looked like they were going through new stock or something, is more important than helping a customer. I always get the feeling in a Pandora store that the sales associates are looking down their nose at me. I don't feel like I should be catered to or fawned over, but acknowledgement is very important part of customer service. I was wearing a tshirt and jeans, so I guess I didn't look wealthy enough to spend $169 in the store. Maybe I won't next time. There are other ways to buy Pandora.

I paid $98 with tax for my ring but yet it turns my finger green. I would expect this if I only paid 20 bucks for it but considering I spent 100 I don’t believe it should turn my finger green.

I felt the person that I don’t with, had very little experience with the product. I seem to know more about the product and she did. Are usually like it when an associate takes out a tray and allows me to look through the pieces. She pretty much would only take out one or two at a time. And the prices were not marked on the back as they usually are, and she never knew what the price was when I would ask.
