Store was busy. Clerk had to search store for item I was looking for. Didn't have the size ring I wanted to purchase.

One of the Christmas charms was not in the store or the associate could not find it

Nothing was wrong with the visit to the store. It's just that nothing blew me away. Also the store was slightly small to the point where walk ways were blocked if one person stopped.

The store was very busy at the time and we had to wait for a considerable amount of time to view merchandise at the counter.

We were there to purchase a new bracelet since the one we previously purchased fell off my wrist when the clasp opened. I had only had the bracelet three months when it fell off. The clasp was loose from the time we purchased it. I was very disappointed and bought a safety chain this time.

I had a no receipt return so it was a little complicated but the employees worked it out.

It was good.

I was satisfied with the experience over all, my husband and daughter shop this store often, and I will again.

I was satisfied. They are always helpful and kind at this location. I do think product is very expensive though, but I know it’s quality.
