The service was pretty good although I had to wait about 15 min to talk to a person. They didn't have everything I was looking for. But, overall was a great experience. Alissa, salesperson, was extremely patient and helpful.

While I always have a great experience when I visit this store, it surprises me that every time I come in, the sales associates act like it's the first time. I understand they may see many people come through, but it would be nice to be remembered since I visit the store often enough. It's not a big deal, but it's something I believe would help bring in repeat customers. A truly exceptional sales associate never forgets a face.

I would have purchased 2 items but it was not in stock.

I visited Pandora with the idea of purchasing a particular charm and a particular bracelet, neither of which were in stock. I purchased it online which is fine but i was really hoping to have it in hand that day. The girls were very knowledgeable and very courteous and I enjoyed the layout of the store.

The staff was friendly, and informative but did not make an outstanding impression. Perhaps, pairing the friendliness with a smile, and a more energetic and upbeat approach would grant the highly satisfied. My review of the store is good, but again, it does not grant my highly satisfied review.

Wanted stoppers & the store had none. They said they can’t order them because their a franchise. We have ideas for future products.

While I was satisfied with my purchases I was not highly satisfied. I wore my ring out of the store but was not offered a box or bag for future use. My boyfriend had to go back and ask for these things

The price is a little high. I would like a bigger selection of charms. Wish they were higher quality for the price.

Just needed more money to buy more beads. I would love more selection of beach items. Better prices would be better.

Because the gift for my wife was priceless.
