I was satisfied with the service I received in Pandora. It happens to be the best experience since I have been visiting the store. Sometimes it seems as if the associates have a preconceived idea that you are unable to purchase anything from the store so their attitude is not so welcoming.

It felt very awkward having the experience be one on one instead of just being able to shop and then get help when I’m finished.

They don’t have a cleaning machine. But every thing and every one was so nice and amazing!!

All representatives that I interactive with we're professional except one. Her attitude was very condescending and not professional actually. I ask hhwr yo clean my pandora jewelry she said she did and she did not,another representative had to do it she left it on the counter exposed.
